High-precision cell sorting
Cells are automatically graded by capacity and internal resistance. Only cells from one group go into a pack — this is exactly what determines whether the pack drifts out of balance a year later.
Automated laser welding
Bus-bar joints are made by laser, not by hand soldering. Stable contact resistance, less heating under load, higher mechanical strength under vibration.
100% aging test
Every pack — not a sample from the batch — goes through a full charge-discharge cycle under load. A deviating unit is pulled before packing, not discovered at the customer's site.

- Incoming cell inspection: capacity, internal resistance, voltage, appearance
- Weld joint and contact resistance inspection
- BMS function test: overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, over-temperature, over-current
- Full aging cycle under load on every pack
- Dimension, marking and completeness check before packing
- Photo report of the batch before shipment
