It depends on the model and on whether customisation is required. For standard items from stock the batch can be small — we deliberately let partners start with a trial order. For OEM with an enclosure change the volume is higher because tooling gets involved. Tell us which items you need and we will give a specific figure.

Yes. A volume-tiered price list is sent on request after a short introduction: region, company profile, categories of interest. Pricing depends on volume, configuration and delivery terms, which is why there is no public price list on the site.

Directly. We have our own manufacturing, and you deal with the factory and its engineers. That is the main reason partners come to us: there is no middleman between you and the line reselling someone else's goods.

7–15 days for standard enclosures. If a new enclosure with tooling is required the term is longer; we quote the exact figure after receiving the technical brief rather than promising blind.

Cells go through incoming inspection and automatic grading by capacity and internal resistance. Bus bars are laser-welded, not hand-soldered. Every pack without exception goes through a full aging cycle under load. Before shipment we produce a photo report of the batch.

Yes, please do. Arrange the date in advance and we will organise a meeting, a shop-floor tour and a discussion with the engineers. If travel is not possible we will run a live video tour of the plant.

Conformity certificates, test reports, UN38.3, MSDS, packing list, invoice and batch specification. The manual and warranty card can be in Russian. The full package for a specific shipment is agreed in advance.

The status for specific items is confirmed per shipment — regulations and lists change, so we do not give a blanket answer for all SKUs at once. Send your item list and we will come back with current information and a route for the paperwork.

There are two routes. Fast-moving items can be taken from our warehouse in Russia — then we are talking about days. For made-to-order items the term consists of production plus the chosen transport mode; we quote exact timing per route and volume.

5 years on LiFePO4 batteries. For portable power stations and storage systems the terms are stated in the specification of the specific model. The warranty applies when the rated charge, discharge and temperature conditions are observed.

In most cases the unit does not need to be returned. You send photos, a description and, if the model supports it, BMS logs — our engineer issues a conclusion. A confirmed warranty case is closed by replacement or compensation under an agreed scheme.

Yes. We have a Russian-speaking manager, and correspondence and documentation are handled in Russian. For technical questions we bring an engineer into the conversation directly.
